PhysioWorks is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic position in Silverdale, Washington. A sign-on bonus is available. New graduate PTs are welcome and will receive full mentorship support.

About the Role

You will work with a well-rounded mix of general orthopedics and work rehabilitation patients, seeing 10 to 12 patients per day in one-hour sessions. The clinic offers specialized Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs for injured workers, while also accepting most other insurance types to provide a varied and rewarding caseload. The Silverdale team includes both PTs and PTAs working collaboratively in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate is a passionate, empathetic team player with an interest in outpatient orthopedics, functional rehabilitation, and return-to-work programming.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm with no weekends and no holidays. The schedule is highly flexible based on the needs of the clinician and the clinic, with the option to work four 10-hour or four 8-hour shifts per week. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is available and preferred, with 32 or more hours per week strongly preferred. Part-time candidates with at least 20 hours of availability per week will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 per year based on experience and certifications. Qualifications

Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain Washington State Physical Therapist licensure. A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, functional rehabilitation, and workers' compensation or occupational medicine is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
