We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness. You will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our patients by providing personalized care and developing treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.


Status options: Full Time, Part Time, PRN


Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans


- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function focused on rehabilitation


- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary


- Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies


- Manage point-of-service documentation for accurate and up-to-date patient service records


- Collaborate with other clinic staff and outside healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients


Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Experience working at outpatient clinic is preferred
- Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
