Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Must-Have Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nice-To-Have Qualifications: Experience in Outpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care settings Required Skills
