About the Role: 
Sports And Orthopedic Specialists P is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering expert rehabilitative care in a collaborative, specialty-focused environment. 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modality-based treatments
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
 

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical setting
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
