Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Salary Range: $39.2 - $41.78 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday, no weekend rotation

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional abilities

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals

- Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function

- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques to promote continued progress and independence

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state PT license

- CPR/BLS certification

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an outpatient or orthopedic setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
