    Description

    Position is part time, 0.8 FTE, day shift, 32 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, AK!

    Provides evaluation, care and treatment of patients with physical disabilities and pain within the scope of practice as a licensed Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist participates in an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic interventions and instructional programs pertinent to physical therapy. Demonstrates knowledge and good skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; from an accredited university.
    • Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License
    • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1 year acute and rehabilitation procedures experience.

    Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
