Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with our clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose movement dysfunction and identify the cognitive and emotional factors influencing their pain experience.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients with chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on proper body mechanics and pain management strategies.
• Work effectively within our interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, fostering trust and encouraging active participation in their care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve established goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a physical therapist who demonstrates:

• Expertise in Persistent Pain Management: Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating chronic pain, utilizing current research and evidence-based approaches.
• Outpatient Experience: Proficiency in managing a diverse outpatient caseload and adapting to varied patient needs.
