    FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants more than a standard staff role — offering input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands.

    Whether you’re an experienced PT or an early-career clinician ready to be part of something new, this role is flexible based on the right candidate.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $95,000–$105,000 (based on experience)
    • Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (for qualified candidates)
    • Performance-based bonus opportunities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
    • Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
    • Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture
    • Maintain timely, accurate documentation
    • Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach
    • Work closely with PTAs and support staff

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
    • Texas PT license (or license-eligible)
    • Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic
