    Physical Therapist - Pediatric Rehabilitation

    Location: Florence, SC

    $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

    $7,500 Relocation Assistance

    Up to $52,500 in Tuition Reimbursement ($7,500 annually for 7 years)

    Join Our Pediatric Rehabilitation Team!

    McLeod Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Pediatric Rehabilitation team in Florence, South Carolina. In this role, you will work with pediatric patients and their families to improve mobility, restore function, enhance independence, and support overall health and wellness through individualized therapy plans.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations through history review, observation, and objective assessments.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient''s needs, learning style, and goals.
    • Provide therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular impairments.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve measurable functional outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
    • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and participate in regular patient care discussions and goal setting.
    • Contribute to departmental success through mentorship, clinical instruction, performance improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
    • Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure a clean, organized treatment environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Work Schedule

    • Full-Time
    • 72-80 Hours Biweekly
    • Monday - Friday
    • Flexible Work Schedule

    Education & Licensure

    • Active South Carolina Physical Therapy License required
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR-AED) Certification through the American Heart Association
