About the Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You'll assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home health setting.

Scheduling Options: Part-Time: • Fewer than 24 visits per week
Full-Time: • 25+ visits per week

Sign-On Bonus: Earn up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles, paid after 180 days of employment, based on qualifications: • Full-Time with 25+ visits • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Willing to Supervise PTAs
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on pediatric assessments. • Conduct standardized and non-standardized tests to evaluate physical function. • Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications. • Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance. • Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes. • Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.
