Join Preferred Physical Therapy in Lenexa, Kansas, and grow your career in pelvic health within a specialized outpatient setting focused on personalized, one-on-one patient care. You'll receive direct support from your Clinic Director and assigned mentor through a structured mentorship program lasting at least one year. With opportunities for continued education, clinical growth, and collaboration with experienced clinicians, you'll have the support to develop your pelvic health expertise while benefiting from the resources of a larger rehabilitation network.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
