What You'll Do You won't just treat-you'll lead progress. ? Work with multiple specialties including WCS (Women's Health Board Certification Specialist) ? Opportunity to develop or expand pelvic health skills (bowel, bladder, pelvic pain, postpartum, sexual health) ? Perform comprehensive evaluations and build individualized plans of care ? Deliver evidence-based treatment that drives real results ? Progress patients using clinical reasoning ? Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities effectively ? Integrate core, pressure management, and movement strategies into functional care ? Educate patients so they understand the why, not just the reps ? Document clearly, accurately, and efficiently (we respect your time) ? Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams ? Supervise students and help shape the next generation of clinicians ? Interest or experience in pelvic health - No prior pelvic health experience required - we'll train the right clinician ? Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program ? Current Texas PT license (or eligible) ? Strong clinical reasoning and a patient-first mindset ? Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and meet patients where they are ? A team mentality with a little "let's make things better" energy ? Committed to high-quality patient care and ethical practice ? Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented ? Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers as part of a team ?
