Physical Therapist (Contract)

• Location: AZ, 85006

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026)

• Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230 per week

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

  • 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy to hospitalized patients

• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patient mobility and function

• Develop care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team

• Educate patients on recovery and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active AZ Physical Therapist license required

• Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience required

• BLS certification required
