    Join a dynamic, patient-centered team where your expertise as a Physical Therapist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation transforms lives every day. In this role, you won't just treat injuries-you'll empower patients to reclaim independence, rebuild strength, and rediscover confidence.

    Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Coursework/Training - Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.
    • Coursework/Training - Completion of a clinical internship.
    • Coursework/Training - Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice.
    • Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in ambulatory setting.

    Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
