Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients for formulating and implementing treatment programs and for monitoring patient progress.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required. • Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, Physical Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within three months of employment. • BLS certification prior to orientation completion.
