Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $40-$50 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them improve their physical mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Your role will be crucial in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and prevent future injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' physical therapy needs

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' goals and medical history

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and reduce pain

- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home for long-term improvement

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in physical therapy techniques

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing for long periods, lifting and moving patients, and using equipment

- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
