### Outpatient Physical Therapist Pool - PRN
#### Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans. • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional outcomes. • Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety. • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. • Provide clinical direction to Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and students. • Participate in continuing education and contribute to program development (e.g., pelvic health, neuro rehab, balance training).
### Requirements
#### Required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) • PT (Physical Therapy) or PT Eligible to obtain or PT Physical Therapy Temporary and licensure within 6 months • Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
