Your Day-to-Day

  • Conduct initial evaluations and build individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/ice therapy
  • Educate patients on exercise programming, posture correction, and injury prevention to drive long-term functional outcomes
  • Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per departmental and industry standards
  • Maintain a safe, organized treatment environment in compliance with infection control guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid New York Physical Therapist license at time of hire
  • Certifications: BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Experience: Prior outpatient or post-acute physical therapy experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities; capacity to deliver compassionate care across a diverse patient population
