About the Role: Join Able Rehab Staffing LLC as a Physical Therapist, PT where you will play a vital role in improving the lives of patients through tailored rehabilitation programs. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering a positive environment for both our clients and staff. Our pay is per visit and dependent on visit type. This is a PRN to Part-Time opportunity with very flexible scheduling and autonomy over your availability.
*Performing Oasis Start of Care is not required!* *You set your geography of where you want to take patients!*
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific rehabilitation goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
