Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated therapist who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and regain confidence through personalized rehabilitation care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on strength, gait training, balance, endurance, mobility, and pain management
• Support residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute conditions
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
