We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Benton, AR. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Physical Therapist License in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
  • Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
  • Prior clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
