Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Citrus Heights, California. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative rehabilitation team while treating an average of 14 patients per day.

Responsibilities - Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services.
- Document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff.
- Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention.
Requirements - Active California Physical Therapist License (Required)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
