KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct patient consultations to assess their physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and devise effective treatment plans.
• Educate patients on the correct use of therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize massage and stimulation techniques to facilitate healing.
• Assist patients with mobility equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.
• Maintain detailed patient records and monitor progress towards goals.
• Provide advice on in-home treatment options and exercises to patients and their families.

QULIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Valid state licensure.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Preferably 1 year of home health experience as a physical therapist.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a caring approach.
