Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule: Flex Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Assignment Details:

Requirements:
- Active PT License in the state
- SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for 0-1 Years Experience)
- Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Complete documentation per facility standards.
