Schedule: Day Shift – Full Time

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in Hemet, California. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in accordance with state and federal guidelines

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Requirements:

• Active California PT license

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• BLS certification

• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
