Compensation: $100,000+ Base Salary (Based on experience)
Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) bonus structure: Earn additional premium pay for any visits completed over the 30-unit weekly target
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Standard $0.63/mile reimbursement for travel (excluding first and last drive)
Schedule Control: Dedicated team schedules your start-of-cares, allowing you to route the rest of your day efficiently
Caseload: Post-surgical, total joints, COPD, debility, and general medical
Weekend on-call rotation (1 weekend per month)
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks

About the Physical Therapist Position:Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Minimum 1-year of inpatient or home health experience required
Ability to independently manage your schedule and a metric-driven caseload
Team player who collaborates well across disciplines
Servant leader mindset
