Job Description

All Care Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in West Los Angeles. You'll care for a diverse mix of patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with talented multidisciplinary clinicians in an environment that supports your professional growth.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, we'd love to connect. We welcome Physical Therapist License Applicant (PTLA) candidates awaiting their board exam, with appropriate supervision and mentorship as you begin your career.

Our clinic offers on-site parking, making your workday more convenient in a busy part of Los Angeles.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes
• Deliver effective therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL/return-to-life training
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and our in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter

PTLA candidates perform clinical responsibilities under required supervision and within their authorized applicant status.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one

• Recent graduates awaiting their board exam are encouraged to apply; PTLA authorization from the Physical Therapy Board of California is required before beginning clinical practice in the PTLA role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
