Help skilled nursing residents work through mobility challenges with treatment that reflects their health needs, personal priorities, and goals for life after rehabilitation.What You'll DoEvaluate residents' strength, balance, range of motion, and functional movement to determine physical therapy needs.Create individualized plans of care with measurable goals for walking, transfers, and daily mobility.Deliver therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional activities appropriate to each resident's abilities and precautions.Assess mobility equipment needs and teach residents and caregivers safe techniques for everyday movement.Reassess progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to PTAs.Maintain accurate documentation and partner with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues on care recommendations and discharge planning.What We Offer$45–$50 per hour.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k).CEU reimbursement.Parental leave and disability insurance.Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.Support from regional therapy leadership and collaboration across the rehab team.QualificationsActive Maryland Physical Therapist license.Strong evaluation, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills.Effective communication and timely clinical documentation.Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.Apply today to join Ultimate Therapy Services at Autumn Lake at Long View.
