Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

$55–$70/hour

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Whitinsville, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services in a skilled nursing setting while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and pain management
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborative rehab team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support
- Work with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents
- Stable full-time schedule with supportive leadership
- Focus on quality outcomes and resident-centered care
