Base Salary
- Base salary starts at $96K+ annually depending on experience and qualifications.
- Compensation is highly negotiable for the right candidate based on relevant experience, specialty background, and overall fit.
- A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
- Compensation is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
- Posted compensation reflects the base pay range for the position.
- Additional compensation opportunities may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities where applicable.

Some Of What We’re Looking For:

- Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, Master’s, or Bachelor’s).
- BLS certification.
