Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient therapy team. Both experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will treat a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Clinicians may also have opportunities to develop specialized skills in orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and concussion care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient physical therapy caseload.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care based on patient needs and treatment goals.
- Manage an average caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate patient records using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Utilize AI-assisted documentation tools to streamline workflows and reduce administrative tasks.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual interventions, patient education, and other appropriate physical therapy treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support positive clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with referring providers, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Both experienced Physical Therapists and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
