What Your Practice Looks Like
As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their goals.
You'll collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, physical therapist assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Our schedules are built in 45-minute increments for both evaluations and treatment sessions, allowing therapists the time to focus on individualized, evidence-based care while developing meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license or license eligibility
Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
