Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services to patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility impairments. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and educate patients to maximize recovery, independence, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care.


Key Responsibilities:

" Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments
" Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
" Provide skilled hands-on outpatient physical therapy interventions
" Educate patients on injury prevention, balance and fall safety, and home exercise programs
" Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes
" Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes
" Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate care
" Promote patient independence, mobility, and functional improvement
" Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, evidence-based care
" Contribute to the clinic s reputation through clinical excellence and professional service


Required Qualifications:

" Active or eligible Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Texas
" Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate preferred)
" Minimum 2 years of strong clinical experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
" Current BLS/CPR certification required
" Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient assessment
" Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
" Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an outpatient setting
" Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care


Preferred Qualifications:

" Experience treating orthopedic, balance/vestibular, or pelvic health conditions
" Experience working with geriatric outpatient populations
" Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous professional development
" Strong patient education and relationship-building skills
