What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient therapy services for a variety of patient diagnoses, including spinal cord injuries, neuro conditions, orthopedic surgeries, and medically complex cases
  • Manage a caseload independently within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Participate in departmental and hospital orientation and maintain compliance with departmental protocols
  • Document patient progress in EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech Expanse, and WellSky
  • Support patient recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to develop and implement treatment plans

What You Need
  • Current Louisiana PT license
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in therapy, experience with complex patient populations preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Support within the department from supervisors, assistant directors, and peers
