What Youll Do:- Manage outpatient therapy cases independently for a variety of diagnoses including general orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and neuro-specific conditions
- Implement and modify treatment plans aligned with patient needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems such as Wellsky or Meditech Expanse
- Provide patient education on injury prevention and recovery
- Support transition and discharge planning for patients
- Participate in departmental meetings and with clinical supervision as needed
What You Need:- Required:
- Current Louisiana PT license
- Ability to independently manage caseloads
- Experience with orthopedic, neuro, or medically complex patients
- Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC, Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Preferred:
- Previous outpatient experience
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Experience working with pediatric and neuro patient populations
