Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN

Location: Carlisle, PA
Schedule: PRN – 1–9 hours per week and/or as needed

Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Carlisle, PA.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
