The Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is Connecticut's premier rehab provider, offering care across the full continuum-from acute care to outpatient and community-based settings.

Our Family Health Center Rehab clinic delivers comprehensive services including:

• Physical Therapy (PT)
• Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Certified Hand Therapy (CHT)
• Speech Language Pathology (SLP)

We treat a diverse patient population, including:

• Orthopedic conditions
• Neurological disorders
• Chronic pain

What You'll Do: As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and families to support long-term outcomes
• Continuously grow your clinical expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Open to new graduates
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire
