Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care

• Evaluates residents and designs individualized treatment plans

• Restores mobility, strength, and independence through therapy

• Documents progress and collaborates with care team
