Position Summary: Responsible for providing services to both inpatients and outpatients, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and related documentation. Position Requirements: Education: Graduate of accredited School of Physical Therapy. Licensure: Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois. Certifications: Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association. RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
