Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide quality physical therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapy to support patient recovery and mobility.

Requirements

• Candidates must live at least 100 miles away from the facility

• Acute care experience required

• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients referred by physicians

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs

• Develop age-appropriate treatment plans based on evaluation findings

• Administer therapeutic treatments to improve mobility and physical function

• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Adapt to new and changing work assignments as needed while maintaining quality patient care
