· Start Date: June 1st
· Contract length: 1 year
· Pay rate range: $55 - $65 an hour
· Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 am 4:30 pm
· Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Physical Therapist contractor needed for an Occupational Health environment ages 2 and up.
· Responsible for Workmans Comp Physical Therapy and on-site referrals from onsite FNP and MD.
· Work in collaboration with other Health Center staff members.
· Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
· Teaching real time proper body mechanics at the employees workstation.
· Assessing and correcting poor ergonomics.
· Medical documentation in Epic EMR.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
· 2-5 years of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
· PT License in Nevada and CPR certification required.
