Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team
What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
Guide patients through rehabilitation programs, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Collaborate with providers across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Washington Physical Therapy License
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
