Position Overview


As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving patients’ quality of life by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of physical conditions. You will design personalized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through observation and assessment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using physical and mechanical techniques as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
• Collaborate with a team of therapists to enhance patient outcomes, engagement, and retention
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)
• Current or eligible for New York State Physical Therapy licensure
• Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in outpatient settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
