Role Description The Physical Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In this role, the Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, delivering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and documenting care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, contribute to fall prevention and vestibular rehabilitation programs, and support a patient-centered environment that emphasizes safety, communication, and measurable outcomes. Participation in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• \n
• Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, safety training, and support for ongoing recovery outside the clinic.
• \n
• Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance disorders.
• \n
• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) in the state of Texas, or eligibility for licensure prior to start date.
• \n
• Experience or interest in balance, vestibular, and fall prevention programs is highly beneficial.
• \n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• \n
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and ongoing professional development.
• \n
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients safely throughout the workday, following all safety and infection control protocols.
