Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and health management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
