Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (no exceptions)
Guaranteed Hours: 36–38 hours/week
Expected Hours: ~40 hours/week
Active Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Previous SNF experience required
Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
