• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (no exceptions)

• Guaranteed Hours: 36–38 hours/week

• Expected Hours: ~40 hours/week

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license

• BLS certification

• Previous SNF experience required

• Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills
