Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist 
Location: San Leandro, California 
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time - Physical Therapist

Our clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, pre and post-operative care, and we are passionate about helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. 
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical skill set, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a recent graduate, we welcome you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to our growing practice. 
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.- Provide hands-on therapy to address patients' physical and functional needs.- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and prevention strategies.- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Stay updated on the latest industry advancements and best practices. 
Qualifications:- Valid and current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.- CPR and First Aid certification.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Able to work independently.- A strong passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life.
