POSITION: Physical Therapist
SETTING: Skilled Nursing Facility, 66 beds
PAY RATE: $65 - 70/hr Plus BENEFITS
PRN x 2:
SHIFT: 8 HRS
SHIFT TIMES: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
KEY ROLES:
- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical abilities, range of motion, strength, balance, and pain levels to diagnose movement dysfunction.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans based on assessments, goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Administer and guide exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Rehabilitation: Help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or neurological conditions by restoring function and preventing further disability.
- Patient Education: Teach patients and caregivers proper exercises, posture, and techniques to manage symptoms and promote independence.
Job Types: Full-time & Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $61.00 per hour (Full-time) $35 - $40 per hour (Part-time)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday, optional wknds.
- 9 - 11 pt/s per day.
