Physical Therapist

Recoup Physical Therapy (www.recoupPT.com), a small boutique private practice, is seeking a top caliber Physical Therapist to join our practice. We are a manual based practice, treating patients for one hour. We are conveniently located at 1075 Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale. We are seeking a licensed physical therapist with at least three years experience. We see a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine cases, including rotator cuff injuries, tendonitis, ACL ruptures, total joint replacements, sciatica etc.

You will work independently, but with the mentoring/oversight of a highly experienced physical therapist, who has over 25+ years treating patients and teaching at NYMC and USC PT programs. You will gain valuable experience in pre/post-operative rehab care, exercise prescription for injuries and sport-medicine injury rehab. Opportunities for more hours are possible. Growth into building relationships with local orthopedists, coaches, personal trainers are possible, while learning about a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Potential learning opportunities into using medical documentation (EMR), the process of insurance verification/billing and submitting claims may be possible.

Work Hours & Benefits:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for immediate hire to work 2-3 days a week. The days of the week are flexible

Salary: $55-65 (based on experience)

On the job training includes: Growth into building relationships with fellow community practitioners, learn about the business aspects of private practice, gain valuable experience working alongside PT with 25+ years of clinical experience and 10+ years of adjunct faculty teaching experience
